Yes, we have a private sauna area! This area can be booked exclusively and will be available only to you during your stay. The package includes a bottle of wine or Prosecco, and we’ll be happy to provide you with cozy bathrobes.

Whether you've just come back from skiing or biking: just like the boss himself, we love this quick reset after being up in the mountains. Just let us know at the lake bar, and we'll fire up the sauna for you. Since we don't have a traditional, stiff front desk, our bar acts as our living room and the go-to spot for whatever you need.

  • Outdoor lounging area (1st floor): Our absolute insider tip. Lie back, take a deep breath, and enjoy the direct, unobstructed view of the sparkling lake.

Want the full wellness package? No problem. The Zell am See Leisure Centre is just a short walk away. There you'll find an indoor pool (25-meter lap pool) and a spacious sauna area with various saunas, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin. The best of both worlds – right around the corner.

When the sun is shining

  • Zell am See lido (400 m): Just a few minutes away. Or catch the number 70 bus – it's free for our guests and takes you straight to all the lidos around the lake, like the Thumersbach lido or the Wieshof swimming area.
  • Wieshof swimming area: Beach volleyball court and unique views of the Hohe Tauern mountains and the lake.
  • Sundowner in Thumersbach: Take the boat right from our doorstep across the lake and enjoy the most stunning sunset over the water. (Or just hop back on the number 70 bus for free).
  • Top tip: For the ultimate thermal spa day, head over to Tauern Spa Kaprun (pro tip: get there around 10:00 AM!) or take a day trip by car to Gastein Thermal Spa.
